reports from the three major credit reporting agencies (Equifax,
Experian, and TransUnion. Click

Service Application. If applicable, please ensure that you
include your MYFICO online access information on the
application, allowing us to access and review your credit
report. 
You may either fax the completed application to 901.365.6239
or email it to us by clicking the submit button on the Credit
Service Application.

Fax, mail or email your most recent credit reports from the
three major credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian and
TransUnion). Skip this step if you ordered your credit
report from MYFICO in Step 1. |

A Credit Source Credit Specialist will contact you to inform
you of the required retainer fee. Click on the icon below to submit your retainer fee via PayPal. PayPal is a secure payment method that accepts Visa, MasterCard,
AMEX, Discover, eCheck and your own PayPal account. You
can also mail or hand-deliver your money order or cashier's
